News: ARISF President Jan Fransoo has directed a greeting to delegates of the AMSR General Assembly

Dear friends of the recognized sports,

It is my great pleasure to send you greetings on behalf of the Association of the IOC Recognized International Sports Federations (ARISF).

In October I had very fruitful meetings with your executive committee and discussed with them the complex situation of the recognition of IOC Recognized Sports in Russia. I am pleased by the active role that the AMSR is playing in supporting many of the IOC Recognized Sports in Russia.

In a joint meeting between executives of the AMSR and the ROC we agreed that the AMSR would conduct an inventory among all IOC Recognized Sports in Russia and investigate their support for the AMSR. Based on this, these national federations would inform their respective international federations so that ARISF can make a formal advice to the ROC.

I am sure that this will be one of the main topics during your general assembly. I do wish you a very successful general assembly.
