LISTENED: A. V. Kylasov. Proposed that M. A. Stepanyants should represent interests of the Multisport Association of Russia, its members and observers in the Russian Olympic Committee.

DECIDED: Entrust M. A. Stepanyants with representing interests of the Multisport Association of Russia, its members and observers in the Russian Olympic Committee.

LISTENED: A. V. Kylasov. Suggested establishing a number of committees within the Multisport Association of Russia. To carry out this resolution the EXCO must take decision about establishing profile committees by February, 1 2007. The Association members must present by February, 15 the staff of the committees and their chairmen to the EXCO for their further approval. According to their status, the Association Committees chairmen approved by the EXCO are the EXCO members. Committee’s chairmen must present the Regulations about the committees by March, 1 2007 to the EXCO for its further approval.

DECIDED: Establish committees within the Multisport Association of Russia. To carry out this resolution the EXCO must take decision about establishing profile committees by February, 1 2007. The Association members must present by February, 15 the staff of the committees and their chairmen to the EXCO for their further approval. According to their status, the Association Committees chairmen approved by the EXCO are the EXCO members. Committee’s chairmen must present the Regulations about the committees by March, 1 2007 to the EXCO for its further approval.

1) Establish the amount of membership entrance and annual fees and entrance and annual fees for observers:
- Membership entrance fee – 30000 Rubles;
- Entrance fee for observers – 10000 Rubles;
- Membership annual fee – 15000 Rubles;
- Annual fee for observers – 5000 Rubles;

2) Fees must be paid during first half of calendar year.
3) After gaining the status “All-Russian Public Organization” the observers, entered the membership of the Multisport Association of Russia, pay not the whole sum of membership fee but the difference with considering earlier paid sum which makes:
- Membership entrance fee – 15000 Rubles;
- Membership annual fee for current year – 10000 Rubles;

Voted:
1) On the first issue: ‘for’ – 20, ‘against’ – 3, abstained from voting – 2;
2) On the second issue: ‘for’ – 22, ‘against’ – 2, abstained from voting – 1;
3) On the third issue: ‘for’ unanimously;

LISTENED: The Multisport Association of Russia Vice- President, The Head of Moscomsport, member of the EXCO of the Russian Olympic Committee M. A. Stepanyants. Suggested collaboration with the Russian Olympic Committee and Moscow Government financing events organized by the Multisport Association of Russia and its members.

DECIDED: approve of M. A. Stepanyants’ initiative;

LISTENED: the first Vice-President of the Multisport Association of Russia A. A. Kuznetsov. Insisted on obligatory usage of the official emblem of the Multisport Association of Russia at official events, in documents and on websites by the Association members and observers.

DECIDED: the members and observers of the Multisport Association of Russia are obliged to use the official emblem of the Multisport Association of Russia at official events, in documents and on websites.

LISTENED: technical director of “Sportcom” Informational Agency (“Sport for All”) A. V. Milkov. Suggested informational collaboration with the Multisport Association of Russia and recognition “Sportcom” Informational Agency (“Sport for All”) as a partner of the Multisport Association of Russia.

DECIDED: approve of the informational collaboration and recognize “Sportcom” Informational Agency (“Sport for All”) as a partner of the Multisport Association of Russia.

LISTENED: Vice-President of the Multisport Association of Russia S. V. Eliseev.
Spoke on concluding a treaty between all the members and observers of the Multisport Association of Russia and “Sportcom” Informational Agency for transmission of news of the federation official websites on “Sportcom” website.

LISTENED: Secretary General of the Multisport Association of Russia A. V. Kylasov. Suggested that all members of the Association should take part and work out the project “Russian Games Open” which covers sports not included in the Olympic program. This project was presented in April 2006 in Seoul (South Korea) at the International Convention “SportAccord”, where it gained approval and support of the Association of Recognized by the IOC Sport federations (ARISF) and the International World Games Association (IWGA). in cooperation with the All-Russian Volunteer Organization “Sport Russia” the first Russian Games of Extreme Sports ‘Adrenalin Games/Russian’ open were held. The project of Russian open intellectual games (Mind Games/Russian Open) has been worked out. The format of the games is similar to the one of the Intellimpiad of the International Mind Sport Association. The Games include competitions in bridge, go, draughts and chess. The project of Russian open games “Next Olympic Generation” has been elaborated and approved by the ARISF. The project presupposed holding competitions in all sports recognized by the IOC.

DECIDED: support all the MAR members’ participation and work on the project “Russian Games Open” covering sports not included in the Olympic program. Approve of the started projects Adrenalin Games / Russian Open, Mind Games / Russian Open, Next Olympic Generation.
