AGREEMENT
about cooperation between
the Multisport Association of Russia
and
the All-Russian Social Organization
“All-Russian Volunteer Community “Sport Russia”

The Union of the All-Russian Social Associations of sports recognized by the International Olympic Committee and other sports not included in the Olympic program – the Multisport Association of Russia herein after referred as the Multisport Association of Russia in the person of the President Yuri Nikolaevich Rodionov, acting on the basis of the Charter on the one part, and the All-Russian Social Organization “All-Russian Volunteer Community “Sport Russia” hereinafter referred as “Sport Russia” in the person of the Central Council Head Irina Konstantinovna Rodnina acting on the basis of the Charter on the other part, bother parties hereinafter referred as “the Parties” concluded the present agreement on the following:

1. Subject and major principles of the Agreement
1.1. The subject of the present agreement is the long-term and effective cooperation and mutually coordinated policy of the Parties aimed at:
- Achievement the priorities in the development and the support of the physical culture, sport and sport movement subjects;
- Realization of the international, federal, regional, municipal as well as social and commercial projects and programs in the sphere of sport and physical culture based on the principles of the present agreement which have the aim to popularize healthy lifestyle, physical culture and sport among Russia citizens;
- Assistance to harmonic personality development based on the best cultural and sport traditions of Russian peoples.
1.2. The Parts pledge to work in coordination for the realization the activity mentioned in Point 1.1 of the present agreement in the sphere of physical culture and sport based on the following principles:
- Continuity of physical education of different age groups of citizens at all the stages of their life;
- Consideration of the citizens’ interests while working out and implementing federal and regional programs of physical culture and sport development, admission of the citizens’ responsibility for their health and physical state;
- Admission of the independence of all the physical culture and sport associations which meet the requirement of the Federal law “About physical culture and sport in Russian Federation” and the equality of their rights for the federal support;
- Creating good conditions for financing physical culture and sport organizations, educational establishments and scientific organizations in the sphere of physical culture and sport, and sport industry establishments.

2. The Principles of cooperation and major directions of the Parties’ cooperation.
2.1. The Parties consider the present Agreement a legal document which defines the basic conditions of their cooperation and interaction.
2.2. The Multisport Association of Russia and “Sport Russia” work out, affirm and implement common projects and programs in the bounds of their competence considering mutual interests for achieving the aim of the present agreement.
2.3. In order to organize common cooperative work the Parties create a Work group (see the list of the Work group members in the Appendix 1 of the present agreement).
2.4. The Parties promote establishing, preserving and extending connection and cooperation between the Multisport Association of Russia and “Sport Russia”.
2.5. The number of obligations assumed by each of the parties when fulfilling the confirmed projects and programs, and the order and the conditions of fulfilling the obligations are regulated by special agreements and (or) treaties in the bounds of realization of concrete projects.

3. Validity.
3.1. The present agreement comes into effect from the moment of signing and is valid till its annulment by the Parties.

4. Other conditions.
4.1. All the changes and supplements to the present agreement are made in the written form and are integral parts of the present agreement.
4.2. The present agreement is issued in two exemplars: one for each of the Parties. Both exemplars have equal legal force.
4.3. Regarding anything not provided by the present agreement the Parties follow the legislation of Russian Federation.

5. Signatures of the Parties.
